The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before "

"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"

"Great location if you are planning on skiing. Cosy little hotel, alittle tired, but clean. Staff very hospitable, and pleasant,only to keen to try and help .Not a lot of English. Service was great.They pick up and drop off as required, this made it much easier to get around. Could rent skis from there, as well as pay for lift pass. Could also purchase other day tours from there. Breakfast was great."
