The location of the hotel is good. We can travel with any transportation means nearby. Shopping is easy accessible. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. However, if there is some change of the food will be much great. We can enjoy a clean room and artificial hot spring.

Near JR Station, but the room is not clean

I live in 4 night, two days of drinking machine is not working. One day cleaning is bad, the staff do not clean the rubbish bin. Also, the staff only give 1 water to me even i have 2 people. The good thing is near the JR station and easy to walk to there

大浴場の管理が良かったです。きちんと入り口にフロントスタッフおり案内がありました。部屋に入って、汗のような、臭いにおいに辟易しました。スプレーも空気清浄機もあり、頑張ってもらいましたが、なんか臭くて辛かったです。あと、カーテンが汚れていました。
