"We were so grateful that the hotel is situated right at the Sendai JR station with direct access. It was a rainy day and our original plan was unfortunately scraped. We were still able to enjoy many great food and shopping right there without getting soaked in the rain. Hotel was clean and well-equipped, particularly appreciated the free soft drinks at the lounge!"

"Check-in went smoothly and the hotel is in a good location. The lobby appeared to be well-maintained with amenities on display to take as needed. However, when I got to my room there was a noticeable unpleasant smell that never went away. The room was also extremely dusty with a thick layer of dust on the air conditioning unit, the walls, and the bathroom vent. "Very nice hotel, well located with friendly staff. A big issue is the restaurants setting. It only has 2, both high end for dinner. So if you want a quick bite to sleep is either room service or high end cuisine French or Japanese or room service. Some of us just do not like to sleep with ketch up smell!!!"

"初めて利用させていただきました。最後の2部屋でダブルを家族3人で利用しました。ホテルのサービス、朝食、スタッフさんなどとても良かったですが、お部屋がかなり狭めでした。夫婦でダブル、成人した息子も1人でダブル利用でしたが、正直1人でもダブルの部屋は狭く感じます(荷物を置く場所がほぼ無い)また、浴室の洗い場が4つしか無いため、時間を間違えるとかなり厳しい状態になります。このお部屋だと一泊が限度かな…と思いますが、ツインでしたらまた宿泊したいなあと思えるホテルでした。"
