This is a rather old hotel and we had to lay our futon every night. There’s no private shower so we had to take our showers in the public bath area. The staff couldn’t not speak English but the Manager gave us excellent service. He was kind and helpful. He also drove us to the pier to catch the boat to amanohashidate station.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused because the staff could not speak English. The hotel staff also makes every effort to speak English. This hotel is right on the water. Parking is free which is great. The staff were very attentive and helpful, making dinner reservations for us. We got a tatami room with futons with a bathroom but no shower, as you were expected to take your shower at the onsen. The onsen was very nice with a view of Amanohashidate. The rooms have limited outlets so we asked for an extension cord and 3 way plug adapter. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had during our trip with multiple dishes and personal burners for the miso soup and for the fish. It was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel's parking lot can accommodate about 25 cars. In addition, for guests who stay without meals or plan with breakfast, we will guide you to nearby dining venues, so we hope you can come with confidence. For breakfast, you can enjoy fresh fish caught locally on the stove in front of you. While we received many happy words, we are very sorry that there is no shower in the room. Regarding outlets, we have added extension cords to each room with reference to the valuable opinions received from customers. We will continue to strive to provide further services so that our guests can enjoy a better stay. We sincerely look forward to seeing you again.
Hotel had a beautiful view of the ocean, the breakfast was amazing, and the service was fantastic. But it was a bit outdated, there was no AC in the elevator or the hallways, so it was very hot and humid. The Onsen was quaint but clean. It’s hard to get to without a car.

All rooms at our hotel are available in rooms with views of the Japan Three Views Amanohashidate. The view you see when you enter the public bath, restaurant, and entrance is very beautiful, and many customers are delighted. Regarding the meal, thank you for your compliment. The head chef of the hotel serves dishes that pursue the Japanese spirit and depth of Japan, and has received high praise from many customers for his beautiful appearance and craftsmanship. I am very sorry that the air conditioning in the building was difficult to work and made you feel uncomfortable. In the future, we will improve it so that our customers can spend their time even more comfortably. Also, I'm sorry that I made you feel inconvenient if you don't have a car. If you do not have frequent train or bus times, please check the time in advance before coming. We sincerely look forward to your visit again.
