The accommodation was lovely and spacious. The spa bath was fantastic, winter it would be absolutely lovely to sit and enjoy the spa bath. The staff was fantastic, they were extremely helpful and professional regardless of language barrier, the translator app worked wonders. They went out of their way to assist us. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
If you don't feel like going to Gubei Water Town to walk the wall, you can walk the wall at the back of the Hotel or go to the town and walk the wall from there. The wall behind the Hotel was quiet, untouched, although it was eroded, it was an amazing walk to the towers and back.
