"Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. "Avoid this place - Total Bait and Switch. Horrendous experience. They confirmed my booking, then downgraded me last minute to a room the size of a closet that looked nothing like the photos. When I complained, they sent me on a 'wild goose chase' to a sister property 20 minutes away. While I was in the Uber, they called to say that room was gone, too. Zero professional integrity and a complete waste of my time and money. Stay elsewhere."

There was about 30 men working over night with power tools ALL NIGHT, they didn’t stop swinging hammers and using power tools til 4am we didn’t get a single minute of sleep. We then spoke to the receptionist and asked for a refund they said they understood and it was no problem. We went to find a new hotel, and never got a refund"
