"The hotel is a bit far from the subway but they offer free shuttle up to 1030ish pm. The room was clean but follow eco something where they clean your room on the 3rd day of your stay. They change towels every day"

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. the place was so clean, and great amenities which are exactly we needed! The bathroom has got a laundry rope to hung clothes, there are pyjamas, bedside clock, toothbrush- perfect! We stayed on 11th floor, and it was very quiet, that’s brilliant in a heart of town. Will definitely stay there again."
