"The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband had a little trouble maneuvering the room with his walker. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Would have liked a larger selection of fresh fruit such as pineapple, watermelon and papaya. The partial view ocean view was virtually non existent. The rooms were not sound proof. We could hear the doors slamming and the ice machine around the corner. Our door creaked a lot. It could have used oil on the hinges."

"Great stay, I was disappointed that beach towels were not available for rent; I would have paid a deposit refundable at time of return. We had to go buy towels instead. Great staff, aside for parking attendant who would lecture us if we couldn't fit in the tight parking lot, all while FaceTiming the whole time. I would definitely stay there again, just hopijng for a few improvements."

OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel

"The room was pretty clean. (Except that we found a fake finger nail on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed or picked up.) Our lanai looked out over the 2nd floor roof and the roof of the building next to us which had fans or generators going that were very loud if you went out there. But the view to the left of the Pink Palace and the Sheraton Waikīkī were nice. The room could have used better lighting as well. There was one light in the room that was off in the corner for the sitting area, which made the room dim. The hallway light and the little lights over the bed weren’t very helpful. This hotel hosts the Cirque du Soleil show, so guests should be mindful of the showtimes so they can make sure not to be in the lobby when shows let out! It’s a madhouse! What really stood out was the valet staff. They were very attentive and super helpful! Also, very convenient to everything - the beach, International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of ABC Stores! Easy place to get rideshares too!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

"This was our first trip to Hawaii and the Embassy Suites was the perfect location for our family of five. We had a two bedroom suite which suited our family well. The grounds were clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Would definitely recommend to other families."
