The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. "Property was an older property and the pool stayed green the whole time we were there 5 days. You could tell by the shape of the hotel there was no regular maintenance."

"The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. Other than that, the toilet ran all night. The shower was a pressure washer and leaked all over the floor. The AC was so loud that it woke you up every time it came on middle and the elevators were very Janky and made you feel like they would snap at any second."

But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."
