We decided it was best that we keep driving, despite how tired we were after traveling 12 hours. Again, the lady at the desk was sweet and pleasant. I didn't even care that I couldn't get a refund. "Great option for the money. The beds were so comfortable! The place is older but is well kept. It isn't fancy but comfortable beds trump fancy amenities any day. I would stay there again."

"They had one working ice machine for all 15 floors. There was super limited parking, and the parking they did have there were hypodermic needle caps in the parking lot all over. "

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! We reported them to the health department. "
