The tv is in an awkward position for viewing while in bed. The AC did not work properly. The floors needed better cleaning. Won’t be staying there again.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property and rooms were clean but our bathroom needed an update. It looked like it needed some work. It wasn’t an issue of cleanliness but rather an issue of needing to be replaced/updated.

For an independent hotel this one is nice with a reasonable price a good breakfast a quaint area to smoke or lounge and all in the heart of Fairhope.

All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors.
