"TrĂšs déçu par ce sĂ©jour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour n est pas inclus. J ai du rĂ©gler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il Ă©tait notĂ© que le kit Ă©tait inclus ainsi que le mĂ©nage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montrĂ© le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtĂ©e Ă  un mur. "We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"

"The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive. There are restaurants where the apartment is located but you need to book especially in busy periods. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernising but its clean, very warm and fine for a week. "
