"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Appartement tres bien situé, beaucoup de restaurant a proximite, pres des departs des bus hop on hop off. Grande epicerie a environ 150 metres en haut de la rue , tres pratique. Ameublement correct, matelas un peu ferme pour nous. Boite avec petit dejeuner livré a notre porte tous les matins, correct( pain, confiture, jambon, fromage, jus d'orange, pain sucré, cup de café). "Overall, it was a good stay. Receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was clean but a little too warm for my liking. There was no AC as they transition to heaters during the winter. No big deal. Also, there was only one little trash can in the bathroom. A second one in the living area would’ve been helpful. Location is great. Easy walk across the bridge to the city center. "

"Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!"
