Lovely, friendly staff and a good variety of food. Drinks were okay, but the all-inclusive cocktails weren’t great. Rooms are very dated and the hotel could really do with a refurbishment, plus a gym would be expected for a 4-star. Great bus service to the beach and Mogan.

Really nice hotel, as per previous reviews needs updating. Spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff, great selection of food though would have liked to see some alternatives to fried and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Car parking is not the easiest for a hotel located where it is, we managed to find a space most nights, but had to find alternative parking occasionally. Most of the all inclusive drinks adequate, but have had more choice of cocktails with Princess hotels at their greek island locations

Fantastic views over the bay, from the hotel room and from bar and (some of) the restaurant. Helpful, friendly staff and everything very clean. Restaurant environment not ideal, always very noisy and busy, regardless of the time you eat. Entertainment in the evening very cheesy, with one or two exceptions - the African gymnasts were very good.

Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely a relax and do nothing other than swim drink and eat type of place which is exactly what I wanted.

This mid-range hotel provides a splendid view on the ocean and on port of Mogan. Even if, rooms need some renovation, the overall services are quite good, all meals were superb, good chioce for all needs. Parking is a bit cumbersome, very limited places around, you need a bit of walking.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The views from the hotel are excellent and definitely one of its standout features. The food was consistently good, and the restaurant itself is very well maintained, making for a pleasant dining experience. The drinks were fine, although the cocktails could be improved slightly. The pool area is on the smaller side, but still perfectly adequate for relaxing. One downside was the adults-only pool, which was the coldest I’ve ever experienced and not particularly enjoyable to use. A small issue we noticed was that the maids were quite noisy early in the morning—there’s really no need for shouting when guests are still sleeping. The hotel could benefit from a bit of refurbishment in places, and adding a gym would be a great improvement. That said, despite a few minor drawbacks, we would return in the future.

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

Over all a very enjoyable stay. Staff are really friendly and the food is very good (lots of food options). Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you. Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!). Lastly, if you’re looking for an action packed holiday with parties etc, this is not the place for you - but if you’re looking for a relaxing time away this is definitely worth considering.

The physical state of the rooms needs attention, but they are closing later this year for renovation. Everything worked fine, there were just lots of little things like lose for handles, crack in the bathroom tile, shower door difficult to close. Plenty of choice for food if you don't have allergies, also plenty of vegetarian choice. I wouldn't stay if coeliac, but if you are gluten intolerant then you'd be ok. They label all the buffet with allergens & have GF sliced bread, biscuits & muffins. No GF toaster. They make GF pasta & pizza on request (order in advance). One incident where the "GF" crackers were in plain packaging (not labelled GF or Schar, like they previously were). They looked the same as the crackers on the buffet & tasted the same. On questioning the chef, he said they were definitely GF, but I didn't eat any more. They disappeared the next day & there were no more crackers that week. Pool was nice, didn't go to the entertainment but plenty of places to sit with a drink in the evening. The free bus to the beach is good, and the steep hill is VERY steep. Very limited parking at the hotel & very few places to park on the hill. There is a free car park at the bottom of the hill- but again, it's STEEP!!
