"I would have given more stars to cleanliness because I thought overall it was a clean, renovated room (I like flooring instead of carpeting!) but there was a big long hair that wasn't mine stuck to the bathroom door (room 116 - I'm sure when they read this and go to clean the room they will see it). It is a nice size room, quiet and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage and fruit. Very pleasant helpful staff. I was here with my dog and they gave her a cute pup bag at check in....

"Not as advertised. Pool was drained and closed. Bathtub was gross. Front desk clerk was not especially welcoming. Continental breakfast was about the worst I have ever seen. Overall the property was run down. I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time I pass through Needles."

"my credit card was used in other location with in the casino I only used it in one spot and they stole my number to used it in several areas "

"You have to walk through the smoky casino to get to any of the restaurants. The Expedia website showed the room I purchased to have wood floors (in the pic), so I paid extra for that room, but the hotel said Expedia does not get any of the wood floor (remodeled) rooms. So I had to go through a long process to change my reservation and fix that. If you are in your room and call the front desk they never answer. The bathroom floor was not properly cleaned. "

"Loved that the resort had a variety of entertainment and dining options. Food selection was great! Only rated 4 out of 5 stars because the rooms could use a little updating and/or refresh. "

"I stayed in a remodeled room facing the Belle. It was nice and clean. Staff didn't bother me, but I didn't need too much. I did appreciate there was food on site- the pizza at River Rick's is kickass- delicious and affordable!! There was some ruckus outside my room from other people a couple times, but it was rodeo weekend, so I understood. Otherwise, it was great!! Honestly, it was the first stay in a hotel where housekeeping didn't wake me up by knocking on my door at 7am. Didn't use the pool...

"Met my needs the pool was open clean and working but the pool and area by the laundry area had bags of garbage obviously of an even nobody cleaned up after. I was there a week, it was old trash. Not a bad place to stay for a night while traveling with a dog. Oh and the dog poop collection bin was overflowing. But free bags!! Yay!"

"The staff was very helpful and so kind. Adriana and Lucille answered all of our questions and helped us immediately when there was an issue with our keys. The one draw back to this property is the lack of a pool, and had we known theirs was out of commission we would not have booked there. Aside from that the room was clean and cold, no blow dryer or extras like a fridge or cable only 13 channels, but definitely had a great view. Parking can be a bit of a walk so drop unload right after check in...
