This hotel is infested by ants and unhelpful staff. I should have known from the start that the hotel was a bad idea when we were not provided with sheets for our pull out bed, and apparently they don’t even provide additional pillows, because they don’t have any. So it doesn’t matter if you put the people who will be staying in your room on your reservation, because accommodations will NOT be provided. I did ask the front desk for some and we never received them. I was also charged a total of $1080 to stay there for 2 nights when my total was only $540. When I asked the owner Kate about it she just shook her head and said there was nothing she can do. There were multiple people throughout our stay at the front desk questioning their charges. We also were locked out of our hotel room, when our keys stopped functioning and when we went to the front desk to ask for help, there was no one there, which caused us to be late to our event and my daughter almost had an accident in the lobby. We were then woken up to an ant infestation in our room and we were bitten all over. The hotel owner again offered no help. Stay away from here and the hotel next door they also own ,the Surestay. I will be contacting corporate for the hotel and informing them of the condition of the room and service provided, as I do have pictures of the ants, and empty front desk as the owner offers no accountability and is only interested in profiting without providing proper service.

It is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The person who check me in was kind and courteous. The breakfast was good, however it was served in older equipment, which I ended up burning myself on because you had to reach into the dish to retrieve the eggs.

Combination of hotels.com and best western ripped me off. Listed price higher than anything they had that night, front desk said it was less, even gave me a receipt for lower price. Both then played off each other on why they could not fix it. Shame

In the morning at checkout, I was told I had a 9 day reservation, which I was charged for, even though we had a one night reservation and stayed one night. Someone at the hotel created a false reservation for me and put a fraudulent $1,400 on my credit card. I have spent hours getting it cleared up. Also, the bed was super hard and the trains going by all night were very loud. Breakfast was pretty good though.

I have only one complain. The hotel should have more toiletry goodies in the bathroom, such as shower cup, and body lotion. They didn’t have any, this is the only hotel that I found lacking those little items.

Room not the cleanest, with hair in bathroom and trash in room that wasn’t mine. Fridge did not work properly, would either freeze items or not keep them cold enough. No bags for ice. Keycard was finicky and took several waves to get in any door. TV remote didn’t work properly. Ambivalent front desk staff. Overall, a very poor experience for the $300 I spent on two nights in this room. Would not recommend ever.
