"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, with a comfortable bed and sheets with all needed amenities including a coffee maker and steamer.The shower is huge, beautiful bathroom with lots of space, great AC and blackout curtains. We had what would probably be considered an undesirable room because it was right next to the lobby, but we did not hear any noise and had easy access to everything so I imagine all the other rooms are just as nice or better. "Great hotel . Super clean . Great staff . Easy check in and out . Room cleaned and restocked every day . Great breakfast. It’s about a 12 minute walk to to Duomo and other sites . I would absolutely stay here again ."

"Staff is not the nicest, the shuttle driver is rude and not helpful at all, breakfast is good, dinner is ok, they could have more people servicing the restaurant, overall is a nice place and convenient for people driving with plenty of parking in premises"

"Was truly as beautiful and luxurious as it looks. I loved the staff. They were so kind always. Breakfast was great for a baby and adults. Saved us this trip with a 10 month old! So peaceful and close to Florence. Highly recommend."

"My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever !
A few niggles.
The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy.
The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular.
It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are...
