"Aloha, first time staying at this property as kamaaina, and we were so impressed with how nice the property is upkept. Amenities great, service is spot on, and convenient to everything anyone would need. Love the water stations, and refillable water bottles they give you. Pools were quiet, and clean. AC was bonus. "The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. There is no onsite dining options but there are lots of restaurants and other options nearby. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely outdated. "Rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms had musty odor. Nice and convenient location, but pool is small and can get crowded with kids."

"The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. "It was just embarrassingly ghetto… youd think for $2000 a week the room wouldnt have a midge infection. I would actually recommend looking at the resort next-door. It looked a lot better and I regretted not looking more into that one. Sorry about my poor review, but this place was not exceptional in any capacity. It was an average dirty hotel with overpriced rooms. The rooms do not look anything like they do in the photos. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"It was such a pleasure to stay here. I loved that they have a machine that provides filtered water to fill out water bottles. It’s right next to a plaza where you have a market and cute shops."
