Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa

"You can’t beat the location.. it’s our second time returning and truly, it was for nostalgic purposes returning as a family. It’s the perfect size and has a great pool. The beach on black rock is great for snorkeling. The staff is terrific, I had a problem with our original room and a quick call to the front desk and it was fixed immediately. The rooms could definitely update to not have carpet, that is definitely a deterrent for me personally. But the grounds is lovely. Food is mediocre at best, no flavor. The cost of the resort as a whole is expensive personally but Hawaii def surprised us this time as astronomical. Huge shoutout to Noah who had exemplary hospitality (the ocean front was spectacular!) and the original check in employee who sent us a treat for our anniversary. Maholo!!"

"Everything was good except the open air restaurants could use ceiling fans if they don't have air conditioning. Most other restaurants had those which help on hot days."

"There was a hurricane when we got there no facility’s or amenities were open for 3 day along with no power for the 3days! They also got our room messed up, there was construction going on and we didn’t get the room we paid for with no compensation! Over all we made the best of it but wasn’t the best experience!"

"I had a great stay in Maui! The location of this place is fantastic! The beach is quiet and beautiful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The one time I went to the pool it was warm, clean, fun. My room was also wonderful, with a very comfy bed, kitchen, nice bathroom and view of the ocean from the balcony. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Overall, staff was very friendly! Shout out to the female concierge! She is hilarious and knows how to deliver a good time. The two outdoor pools are gorgeous especially at night with the beachfront view. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend. It is definitely an older establishment and the cleanliness of the rooms are a little subpar, but the staff and amenities make up for it. Also, the rooms have their own washer, dryer, full kitchen, and iron. It made packing so much easier."
