"I was a guest at The Mole checking out on Monday, 2 February. When I returned home I realised that I had misplaced my stainless steel Rolex. I spoke that evening to Steve Parfitt on reception who immediately checked the pool locker and kindly called me back to inform me that he had found it. "Such a lovely place to stay and so handy you can pre book a parking space by calling the hotel! (Bit pricey but at least it’s at the hotel!) Staff are very helpful and always polite! There is a lovely lady at breakfast - so friendly and I’m always usually in a row so she makes sure the order isn’t held up! Don’t hesitate to stay here! You won’t be disappointed "

"Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. "
