"Our stay was fantastic Hellen and Erika went above and beyond.
Only thing we should have stayed there instead of 4 star hotel which was disappointing in comparison.

"Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! Despite a confirmed booking by Expedia, upon arrival at Lux Suites the Palm around 8h30pm in the evening, I was told that there was no room available. There was no manager on-site, but the security guard called someone who told him to send us away.
