Clean, well kept property which is reasonably well located. The rooms are basic and lack facilities such as tea and coffee making facilties but if its just a base you want for exploring the French Riveria then its a perfect choice.

Great value stay

We just stayed for the night on the way to another destination. The value was good for the quick stay. Close to the train, we had a high floor with a nice view, and the front desk staff spoke multiple languages helping the experience be more engaging since we didn’t speak French. The place was dated, but for the price of wasn’t something that bothered us. We were on an anniversary trip and they were kind enough to leave a little gift in the room which was appreciated.

Beautiful hotel with gardens near tain sation

Lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station, you walk among a beautiful garden before you reach the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff, my garden view room was very nice, no issues with anything. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure.

Wonderful building and garden

Very happy we chose to stay at l'Orangeraie. Beautiful building and property garden, close to the beach and located in the centre of Menton. The garden was very nice for an evening glass of wine/beer.

Large landscape, beautiful terraces, live entertainment. Lobby bar and reception employees were extremely gracious and helpful. Rooms are renovated but some modern commodities were lacking such as a plug close to the bed. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Wrost maintained hotel ever. Outdated room, dirty sheets at check in, horrible customer service. Dirty amenities. Garden was closed with huge exterior renovation gong on with noise and a huge crane at my balcony. Mind you, i paid extra for the garden view and they would not redund me anything. Fitness center was so dirty, broken steps as you walk in and the entire front of the hotel smells like piss. Do not stay here!

Worse Experience Ever

Although the staff was wonderful, one star is over stating the visit, ownership is the worst. The A/C was down, The shower didn’t work. There were no wash clothes. No soap. No refrigerator. No water. The window shutter opened and closed all day long. the entry to the hotel was blocked, the back entry was locked.
