"Nice view from the Terrace to Golden Horn, Galata Tower and Eminonü. Pool suitable for refreshing. Turkish breakfast very good. Very nice terrace for sundowners. "
"I have to say the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and it is incredibly convenient for exploring the old part of Istanbul.
The only reason I didn't give an excellent for property condition is because the lift wasn't working while I was there. But that was a minor inconvenience in what was a wonderful stay. "
"The hotel is right in the middle of the European side of Istanbul. There are a lot of tourist sights within walking (around 20 min) distance (The Topkapi Palace, Gülhane Park, some great dining options and about four mosques among which the Hagia Sophia). If you don't mind the traffic noise at night or in the morning, this is a great option.

Pera Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Pera Palace is a luxurious hotel with beautiful art work and elegant ballroom. We enjoyed it immensely. "
"
We had a great experience at the Ajwa hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "
"Great base for our stay for 72 hrs in Istanbul. Perfect location, rooms comfortable and clean, great breakfast & service. Roof top bar has fabulous views"
"This hotel was great, excellent, helpful staff and clean rooms. I had a bit of a problem with the AC, but this was quickly addressed, and I am happy with the way that it was dealt with. The location is also excellent."
