"Yeah in the room from previous guest I assume. Elevators, walls, doors, carpets, all utterly disgusting. Pics are lies, there much less breakfast than shown and it's so bad. Week old sausage. One breakfast lady just rude. Good water pressure. The quest pillows and beds are EXTREMELY old. Not sure where ask the good reviews are coming from it if people have extremely low standards or friends of workers. "

"The hotel and room were clean but couldnt stand the fact that all of the third floor smelled and stunk like weed. One of the front desk clerks here wears nose and face pieercings...not professional at all and reeks of weed smell. "

"Clean room with the exception of a sticky spot on the floor that was skipped when mopping. Obviously the floor was not mopped near the closet. Staff was great, exception with the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I had to wait at least 20 min for her to finish a conversation. Finally, another person told the 2 that they need to move because I was waiting. The person who was talking to staff apologized but the staff gave me attitude. Bad vibes! "The hotel was good, but was not nearly acceptable is me booking a 2 queen bedded room and upon check in being told that wasn’t available and only getting a 1 king bed room."
