"The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing."

"The building exterior, grounds, lobby and breakfast area were very nice. The room was very clean. The room’s full length mirror (that had been attached to the closet door at one time) was sitting on the floor and leaning against the wall. The room had some cosmetic issues (ie: old cigarette melt marks on top of the coffee maker, crack in the front vanity panel, lots of little holes in the desk chair -maybe from a cat?) but OVERALL it was all acceptable for the price. "Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. The room I stayed at was recently renovated and it was perfect for what I needed. Also it was in a great location. There was a Walmart and a few restaurants 5 minutes walk away."

"This hotel was the worse in all my years travelling the world.Very deceiving the pictures on Expedia,If I was Expedia I wouldn’t even wanted to be associated with them…..the moulding was falling off the wall…..the smell was disgusting …the toilet didn’t flush properly I took pictures of everything….. had to go to get another hotel😡The hotel is so old and run down that even they drop the prices to 30 dollars I wouldn’t wanted!"
