"Housekeeping was no where to be found. I had to go to the reception and ask for towels & they said they were out of towels and then they only provide 1 toilet paper a day when there was 4 people in our stay. The door knobs on the bathroom came off. The hallways smelled like weed. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t keep up well, and the room was warm until the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are also some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The pillows were extremely flat and the bed had no cushion. If I had drove versus flying and could take it home, I would have bought a pillow at the store. Highly recommend if you prefer not to sleep flat."

"The staff was so nice, everything was clean and pleasant. If I had any complaints, it would be to ask why our king bed had dinky little pillows? It was weird. But everything else was awesome!"

"The property has been updated, but key maintenance overlooked. Areas in the bathroom had cracked plaster with rust showing through. Upon check-in, the hotel required an additional $50 deposit for "room damage" which was not disclosed when booking the property. The hotel wifi only worked for part of our stay. The clerk that handled our check-in didn't inform us of the breakfast hours, and we didn't find the breakfast very good."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Not a fan of the soap dispensers that serve many visitors. TV didn't work properly, but I was only there for a night, so I let the front desk know upon departure. Easy highway access. Street was noisy with traffic and cars racing on Saturday night. Maybe it's quiet during the week? Overall, I would stay there again for brief lodging."

"​Great Staff and Room, Poor Maintenance ​Our room was clean and updated, parking was easy, and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was average. However, the recreational facilities were unacceptable. The pool walls had noticeable stains, the spa was out of order with murky brown water, and the gym was closed. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues soon."

"The facilities are nice as it is a newer, well kept property. The Highpoint is the staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, or the people who clean the rooms they were as pleasant as could be and willing to do anything they could to assist. I especially want to thank the person who works preparing breakfast. She could not have been more helpful!"
