"Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, für den Gast wird alles getan und für Fragen immer eine Lösung und Antwort gefunden! Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und schafft eine romantische, heimelige Atmosphäre, Inder man sich immer wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Wellness-Bereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber, an vollen Tagen überfüllt ist, was der endgültigen Entspannung leider nicht ganz zuträgt. Wir würden dennoch gerne wiederkommen!"

"There are no queen or king beds. Only double which they push together to make larger beds. They provided a topper after we asked for our 2 singles to make a larger bed. This is a large well established hotel/restaurant/spa located very close to Mondsee lake. Great location for visiting several lakes and quaint lake villages in the area. Lots to do from here including 30 min drive to Salzburg. Lots of history here but building is well maintained and rooms are comfortable. Spa is very nice....

"Absolutely gorgeous place! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable with amazing attention to detail. One thing though is at night we could hear people talking from the room next to us. Walls are not as soundproof as we thought so not super quiet. The staff was ok. Not very friendly or helpful. That was probably the only downside. The location is a bit far from the city but it was perfect for...
