"Bon établissement, un peu compliqué quand vous ne parlez pas la langue (carte pas en anglais non plus) mais le personnel fait l’effort de parler anglais. Pas de clim dans les chambres, en été ça peut poser problème pour certains, balcon fleuris toujours agréable (que vous pouvez laisser ouvert la nuit histoire de faire rentrer de l’air frais). "We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend."

"Hotel staff very friendly. They did the restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Breakfast was great, room is big and clean. The hotel is close to everything you want to do. 18 minutes walk to top of the fortress.
Complementary coffee/tea at the hotel was much appreciated. "

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima.
De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer.
Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"To sum up the room I would say disgusting, run down, covered in dust, broken and unfinished. The bathroom was not cleaned on arrival, sheets and towels were dirty and had holes. Further, the bathroom looked like a construction zone with dirt and broken tiles and pipes in the corner and there was mould growing out of the shower curtain.
