"Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby. Very embarrassing as they had formal wear and we were in travel clothes. Had a great burger in the restaurant. But the construction was not a pleasant dinner accompaniment. Restaurant didn’t open till 4, construction should have stopped at that time. Not sure who manages this hotel but they are lacking in their ability to make sure all quests are happy. Never have had an experience like this in a Hilton property. Very disappointing. Do better."

"The staff.....set up service sabotage, taunted me...and accused me of being agressive and violent. I was HAPPY THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I WENT AND STAYED AT WYNDHAM. AND DOUBLETREE. AND HAD ZERO PROBLEMS...to.cOREY bYRNE ( HYATT MANAGER AT SOUTH SIDE)"

"I didn’t expect the extent of the renovations when I walked in. Luckily I wasn’t planning on using the pool and we were only there for sleeping. Our room was beautiful. Renos were complete on our floor. There wasn’t a lobby washroom available. That was unfortunate because we had checked out, had breakfast, then were back on the road for a long road trip. "

"Property is conveniently located near many amazing restaurants and fun things to do. Short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and other surrounding neighborhoods. Also staff is amazing but they do need additional staff to boost the cleanliness. Also has many amenities awesome pool and hot tub, best breakfast, and fitness center "
