"Beautiful hotel let down by the antiquated bathroom. We were in the main building and while the room was ok the bathroom and especially shower cubicle were not up to standard with cracked tiles in the bathroom, a shower cubicle door which was a challenge to open especially when opening it from the inside. Good location and nice big car park but they desperately need to renovate the main building bedrooms"

"Good location. Definitely higher end. Wine and beer free in minibar. But in Juliette 's courtyard, so teeming with tourists from 9 to 7. Our room was over the street, so fairly noisy. Can drown out mostly with a/c full blast. Also they own a restaurant in the Piazza, menus in the room, that is a tourist trap. Mediocre food, unfriendly waiters. After adding a cover charge, he slapped down a box a said that was for the tip. So hotel is nice if u don't mind lots of people, but stay far away from...

"Relais a Ponte Pietra is a real jewel in an outstanding location, with several very good restaurants just steps away. We received a warm and friendly reception from Magda, who very kindly accommodated our schedule and provided us with lots of useful information. The room itself was palatial and immaculate and offered views on three sides. Communication with Ivan prior to our arrival and after check in was flawless. A great find!"

Comode anche le modalità di accesso alla struttura, compreso il deposito esterno per i bagagli, poco distante. Casa pulita, silenziosa e ordinata con bagno privato. Davvero nulla da eccepire, da riprovare volentieri. "
