"The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very spacious like an apartment. The manager, was very attentive and nice. They Hotel is under new management and they are making improvements so one day, when they put a pool in, it will be even better! The beaches are free so not having a pool wasn’t a problem. "

I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! "The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The property is a bit old and dated but comfortable enough. There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. I know this isn't fixable but it's a strange layout that I thought others should be aware of. The restaurant on the beach by The Hamilton (The Yacht Club) is not affiliated with The Hamilton but is quite good and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the pizza! "

"Tried to book a waxing at the spa but there were no available staff until later in the day. Our ocean view room was nice however the screen on the sliding door was broken so could not leave it open at night in lieu of AC. The AC was very loud and noisy. The beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean so it was rough and so much seaweed. We opted to take cabs to the Carribean side to swim. "

"Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. "
