"The hotel was fine.
However, the prices of the drinks were pretty dreadful.
At the main entrance there is a help yourself shop for crisps, drinks ect.. these prices were an ABSOLUTE JOKE. £4 for a Kit Kat, £28 for a bottle of wine , in Tesco £9.00. A can of coke £4. A big bag of crisps £6.50."

"Curtains needed a clean, some dubious marks on them. Bathroom in room 1 is accessible but the shower pan isn't deep enough and floor was swimming. A few little bits of decor need looking at and the door to bathroom don't stay closed unless you lock it

"We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention.
The second day was less relaxing, as a large event caused corridor noise late into the evening. Our pool visit was also disappointing due to disruptive behaviour from leisure members, which the staff...
