"We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire."

Punt van aandacht: badkamer en overall onderhoud kan beter, dit is low hanging fruit en veel zaken zoals kitnaden, voegen etc is easy te perfectioneren.
