"Our room smelled of smoke, the shower had mold around the ceiling, the ice maker in our room didn't work, the pool was closed, and the channel lineup sheet was not correct. This place was a hot mess. Jeff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk but at one point we sat in the lobby hanging out and watched a lady wait for over 20 minutes for sometime to come back and help her. We will not stay here again."

"I reserved for 3 nights, my flight was canceled called hotel and showed up the following night having all my reservation paid in full. They didn’t give me a room had to walk at night with 2 suitcases to find a place to sleep. They kept all my money not accommodating at all!!!!"
