Rooms were not really clean, remote was sticky and didn’t work. The room mirror was dirty, I called housekeeping and front several times from the room phone and no answer, the carpet was dirty and there was Oreos under the box frame

Our rooms did NOT include waterpark tickets. We had to pay an additional $315 to get access into the waterpark and that was with a small discount they gave us. There was also a small drop of poop from a baby in the waterpark that never got cleaned up.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had first room was super dirty second room heat didn’t was moved to 3 different room then day two when me and my family wanted to take a shower we had to wait 12 hours for wash rags and towels because the staff didn’t wash them

There are some things that need to be qorked on such as the staff would benefit feom a team couching on how to best support the guest. (Being consistent, not one staff do it all or leave it on the owner to fix issues.) The owner was pleasant. The facility still needs some up grades but the owner is aware and is working on things.

All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience. Thank you to the staff at Splash Universe for a great time!

Nothing was fixed or upgraded since my last visit in July. No elevator. No onsite food. So.me employees look concerning to say the least. Jarrett was my favorite the last visit but this time he seemed stressed and overworked. He yelling at other workers, snapping at guest. No sure if i will return. But Wendy was a Joy. She was helpful and kind.

Definitely seemed understaffed, room was cleaned a little but still old empty water bottle and dirt and dust all over the floor in the bathroom area. One of the slides was down in the waterpark area and waterpark passes could not be added for a sur charge, they had me buy them the next day entirely separate. Overall spent way to much money on a trip that was not up to par at all.. the room type we reserved and said was available was not available when I went to check in even though I purchased the room same day of check in and the night staff lacked a lot of hotel knowledge.

Everything was a nightmare from the get go. Check in took almost an hour. No towels in the room or available at all. No sheets or blankets on one of the beds. Did not say when we purchased the hotel room that we needed to purchase wrist bands for the water resort. $60 per person extra on top of the $300 we paid for the room. Unacceptable. Expedia was terrible for not making it known you needed to spend extra for wrist bands at a WATER RESORT. That cost an additional $420 for our family. Dirty pillow cases, no breakfast, their pizza was $25 for a whole one and it’s a thin small frozen pizza. We definitely went and got food else where and brought it back. There were open beer cans just sitting around in the water park for any child to grab. The lifeguards do not pay attention and spent most of their time on their phones. Broken water slides. Very over crowded. Definitely was not worth the $800 we ended up having to spend on ONE night!!! Outrageous. Should have booked at great wolf lodge. We will never stay here again and we will never book with Expedia again.

The waterpark was only half functioning. Was told short staffed. Big slides were not open. You can't bring outside food or drinks in the waterpark, but the food and beverage area in the waterpark was closed as well due to staffing. Paid $120 for tickets. In the morning the only thing they put out was coffe. When asked for cream they said they could not put anyout till the manager got there. The room itself was ok. But the ammendities were available.

This hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms look like they have black mold. The room didn't have towels and did not look clean. When I went to get some, they only had 2 washcloths available and said I could come back later to get more if I needed them. I went back a couple of hours later and they were folding towels on a table in the lobby. They had just come out of the dryer. Several guests were coming down to grab their towels off the table. The staff didn't have uniforms on so you couldn't tell who worked there. The splash park was wonderful. My granddaughter loved it. It wasn't too big or small. The kids had a lot to do, and the adults could float on the lazy river or go to the hot tub area that was for 18 and up. There was a bell to ring for service in the snack bar but the pool area was too loud for anyone to hear it. The attendant was working as a lifeguard and at the snack bar. Depending on what he was doing, you had to wait. My granddaughter asked for a life vest. I asked one of the lifeguards and he said no we don't have any left. I asked the attendant that was working in the snack bar and lifeguard and he went and found me one. He was very nice, I wish I would have gotten his name so I could thank him for his service.

Lack of cleanliness, our room smelled dirty and hotel seemed pretty dark , and our door had a gap that you could see into the room. There's wasn't enough staff to help around and at some point in the waterpark there was no life guards . The pool steps were broken and some plastics for the water filters in the splash park were broke .The waterpark tickets weren't included with the reservation and when i purchased it on Saturdays after 4pm the worker was telling me to pay full price. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Our door was broken and there was a gap between the door and wall so you could see right through, when I reported it to the front the lady said if the door closes then you're ok.

The room was decent although the floor had sequins on it so i wasn't sure it had been vacuumed. The toilet was loose and made a loud sound when sitting or standing but, worked just fine. The controller for the tv didn't work but could be operated by side buttons. The bed seemed clean but, the sheets and pillow cases were rough and smelled strongly of bleach. No cups, ice bucket or coffee pot in room. Sitting area in room was small but met our needs for the family for the evening. The water park was decent but after a while my sons skin was burning from the water. One of the waterslides was closed but the kids had a great time on everything else. The lazy river was nice aside from children throwing a football back and forth and nearly hitting my daughter. Overall we had a good time.
