Don’t forget the cookies! Besides that it’s a phenomenal no place to stay. There’s a restaurant there if you don’t want to go out they will deliver to you if you want to stay in it’s some quiet, cozy and accommodating and it’s a beautiful location. It’s safe and all of the staff were really nice and I could really appreciate staying there. I will definitely do it again!

Good stay for a more reasonably priced hotel not far from Six Flags. The room was clean, there was a restaurant/bar on site that seemed nice. There was an indoor pool and breakfast for a fee. There was a buffet option and a menu to order from. Buffet was a little pricey for what it was. The omelet and home fries from the menu were good. Only mild inconvenience was when we got there to check in after 10 there was a sign that the person at the desk had to step away. We had 2 tired kids so it was not ideal but someone came back after 10-15 minutes.

The room was not fully cleaned. Needed to ask staff to come vacuum and there was a clothing and wrappers I believe from the previous guest. They did arrive promptly and cleaned the room right away. Pool was fun and we'll maintained.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The lobby and common areas were very clean and pleasant upon arrival and the first night of our stay. Our rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. When we returned the second night there was a lot going on in the parking lot with guests and all the common area trash cans were overflowing. It looked like they didn’t have enough staff to keep up with the events that were going on. Overall it was a comfortable stay and convenient for our weekend destination and the staff was very nice.

This DoubleTree location was recently renovated, and the space is warm and inviting, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional, and generous with their time when I needed help. I was there for a conference, and the space was incredible. I wish I could have stayed for two nights... the room was so comfortable!

When we arrived, we were assigned a room and once we got there, someone else was still in the room. We traveled with friends and their room was also still in use. I understand there were some internal issues with a staff member closing out rooms too soon. The staff quickly worked to resolve the issue and located other rooms for us. My overall concern was safety for someone who might have been in the room and for us walking in on someone. What if they were taking a shower, changing their clothes or sleeping and were alarmed by strangers coming into their room. We are honest people so we quickly closed the door and headed down to the front desk. Also the room key machine needs an upgrade. It took some time to get keys and again the staff worked as quickly as they could to get us keys. Luckily there were no other customers waiting to check in. Felt bad for the staff. Pls upgrade the keying system to give the staff some relief. The manager compensated us for the trouble so kudos to her. Overall hotel was clean and staff very friendly.
