Hotel murah di Monsey

"The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! The hotel claimed it was on their website, but I booked...

"Parking was horrendous I was woken up from my sleep to move my car and when I got down there the person already finished parking. The pictures shown are not what I saw and my room smelt like cigarettes. It felt like I was in a motel not hotel"

"Breakfast was amazing!!!! We had 4 people in double room and asked for extra towels because we only had 3.... cleaning crew cane in and took all our extra towels. Only had 3 for next morning showers."

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"This his place needs help…. Someone seriously needs to invest in replacing everything from furniture in the lobby, to repairing plumbing in the bathrooms, replacing rugs in the rooms, and stocking the vending machines and snacks,, beverages, and sundries at the front desk. The staff was fine, but the place is in tough shape!"

"The room was completely unsanitary we couldn’t even remove our shoes in the room or bathroom. Literally theres pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The towels are folded but full of hair and the bed linens were not cleaned… full of stains and marks. Also very noisy and extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone is not even working. No line at all. I dont even think cleaning products are being used to wash the surfaces as...

"Owners were very friendly. We were arriving late at night but they were there to greet us and get us registered. Helped with heavy bag. Breakfast was ready when advertised. Waffle maker, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins and coffee and juice. Would go back."

"Check in was great, clean room was great! Staff were very helpful, quiet and safe feeling, breakfast was even great (MINUS NO KETCHUP or OTHER CONDIMENTS) again.... I needed some hot sauce or ketchup with my eggs and sausages.... 😔"

"For the price it is what it is. But the bed was wildly uncomfortable. They need to invest in real blinds for the windows because all the light bleeds in and made it even more difficult to sleep. With some minor updates it would be fine."

"Air conditioning did suck and only Have one elevator working to take people up and down 9 floors was ridiculous waited also 30 mins just to go down from the 5th floor while being 7 months pregnant other then that everything was great"
