"I booked this for a weekend trip to Brooklyn and it was perfect. There was surprisingly a good a mount of street parking in the immediate vicinity; the room was clean and decently sized for New York; the staff was helpful; there's a restaurant on site that I didn't try but seemed to be a fun vibe; and it's right next to a train stop so you can maneuver through the city easily. "Well maintained property. The rooms were compact for a 2 Queen bed. Toiletries was of poor quality, breakfast menu was same and vegetarian options were limited. Subway stations are at walkable distance, though 700 to 800m after a long day becomes too long."

Then the receptionist said i was upgraded to a queen size bed when i walk in the room it was a full size bed so no upgrade in reality."

Upon giving the key to the gentleman behind the desk when we left the hotel three hours after checking in, he did not seem to care as he told him nobody can go in that room.
