"Staff was really helpful and nice. Didn't get to stay the night as we were greeted by some roaches as we entered the room. We walk right out and back down to front desk. They offered another room or refund. We took the refund offer and left for another hotel."

"The guy in the room next door was booming his music all night long for two night, also standing in front of our door at night smoking 🚬. Our room was not ready either time that I stayed there (twice) had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. Front desk staff were friendly. I get that it is a cheap motels, but they definitely need to do better. We also were told that we had to pay for towels and tissue."
