"Beautiful property in a wonderful natural setting. Maybe I missed it but wish there was a wall or some kind of display on the history of the property. Also, seemed like uninterested college kids running the front desk, spa, restaurants and bar. Otherwise great place."

"Pas une grosse hôtel calme des fois les visiteurs passaient avec la cigarette a la bouche ( pas allumé) mais ceci ne paraît pas bien. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité ou vieux quelque fois désagréable surtout lorsque nous prenions l'ascenseur Sinon le personnel étaient très gentil, poli et agréable"

"Booked a king bed but it was definately not a king. Told the front desk and they said that was the biggest they had. It was a queen if I’m generous. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew. Don’t advertise a king of it’s clearly not."

"I enjoyed my stay at the British Hotel. Upon arriving, my washroom wasn't the cleanest. Urine was stained on the toilet seat and a clear plastic wrapper was left behind the toilet. I had lysol wipes with me and cleaned the toilet seat myself. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. I got used to it after a few days. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room could use an extra garbage can. There was only a recycling container in the room and a small garbage in the washroom....
