"The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts...

A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food. "
