Unique spot to enjoy the beautiful views and explore the town. Very easy parking, amazing hosts - breakfast was a real highlight. Friendly and very welcoming. Excellent stay and a superb recommendation for restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay here. Impruneta is a lovely quiet hilltop town where we were able to easily explore the delights of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena). We stayed in the family cottage with a private pool which was just perfect and all the staff were first class. Lovely breakfast too!!

Fantastic place to stay to get around Tuscany, loved the grounds and cabin

The staff was great was communication and very helpful. Off-street secure parking was good. Close transport links into Florence was great. The rooms were good and clean. A great place to stay.

The apartment is great as is the pool, and marco who looks after it is very nice. There is absolutely nothing in the area, you need to get the 37 bus to Florence if you want to eat or drink anything. The co-op is closed from 8pm and all day Sunday, the only restaurant closed down recently so at 7:30pm on a Saturday we found ourselves with nowhere whatsoever to eat. We had bread that we bought earlier at the shop, and on Sunday we ate in Florence before getting the bus back - be careful, half of...

Very peaceful, wonderful view from balcony, gluten free breakfast available, very well maintained pool and sun beds, and nothing a problem for the staff

The hotel is loacted in a quite neighborhood. The room size is huge compared to regular hotels. I do not recommend this hotel if you do not have a car since it is away from the city, at least 20-30 minutes drive. It would be nice if the breakfast has some eggs and cold cuts. It is purely continental.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Fattoria il Milione. The location strikes a perfect balance – offering a peaceful rural retreat while remaining conveniently accessible to Florence. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The spacious rustic apartment exceeded our expectations, offering a charming and comfortable ambiance. This was a refreshing departure from the typical city hotels we encountered during our Italy road trip. For...

Extremely good value for money. The exterior of the hotel isn’t the nicest but the room was very nice and well equipped.

The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍.
