We really enjoyed our 7 night stay because it gave us the option of walking into Tarquinia and its intimate restaraunts, pizzerias and gelatinas. Or we had the 10 min car drive down to the beach with its beach front cafes and strolls along the promenade. The hotel staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful, especially Daniel on reception! The area requires a car, but it is so peaceful and calm. The only downside is the bathroom in the room - it certainly wasn’t in keeping with the service and the rating of the rest of the property. The swimming pool and the food was exceptional.

Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. This guest house is definitely one we would recommend. The owner, Francesco, made us feel very welcome and gave us a small gift upon arrival. We were shown the room which was spotless and told about the breakfast arrangements. There were drinks in the fridge which were included as well as water. A basket of biscuits and pastries, yoghurts, juice and tea and coffee made for a satisfactory breakfast. Lovely clean room and areas, staff very friendly. We paid for the transfer which was great and similar price to transfer company’s. No breakfast as such but they do offer free coffee and Italian biscuits in the morning if wanted. Have booked for next year already.
