The location is perfect if you are boarding a cruise ship. They offer shuttle service that drops you off at your cruise. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very quiet and there are many restaurants located close by. We loved our stay!

Was very well furnished and staff/host was extremely friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed on 3 separate occasions. Beware though the rooms are not well isolated from one another, and a noisy neighbor will be noticed. Would stay again.

A great location for a short walk to the port. Breakfast items in room were good. The room was very clean and the bathroom was newly renovated . I would definitely recommend.

Great room for the night before our cruise. They provided breakfast snacks to tide us over til we got on the ship. The shower was great! Everyone was very helpful.

Room was large and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Air conditioning was very comfortable. We paid for the private shuttle to the cruise port.

Francesco was very helpful and recommending a ride from the airport to the museum Guest House the room was very clean and it was a very nice place to stay would stay there again.

Not only would I recommend a stay here. The staff member assisted with an issue unrelated to the stay, helping to retrieve a personal item left on the shuttle service. Without her help, retrieving the item would have far more difficult.

Excellent pre-cruise stay. Francesco was attentive and very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed, helped with dinner choices, and got us to within 10 feet of the embarkation point. The room was clean, bathroom modern, and enjoyable. Breakfast was in room continental with a McCafe right across the street. Entrance is tricky as there is no big sign but you can’t miss the big wood doors across the street from the museum. Would definitely stay again.

Francesco met us in the building lobby and helped us with our luggage. He explained everything we needed to know, recommended a restaurant for dinner, and arranged to transport us to our cruise ship in the morning. The room was spotless and met all our needs. I highly recommend Museum Guest House.

We stayed here one night before our cruise. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is located on the second floor of the building and there is a small elevator. Let the owner know when you will arrive and she will meet you. There is no “hotel front desk” as it’s a lovely small boutique hotel. Transportation to the cruise port was arranged for a small fee. Lots of restaurants and bars right around the corner. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, host was so kind and helpful. The 2 rooms were convenient for us to be close with our teens but also spacious for what we needed. Snacks and drinks provided were extremely helpful. Beds were comfy, space was clean. Perfect for the overnight we spent before going on cruise but would have been happy to stay there even longer.
