The place was a convenient place to stay near beachfront Breakfast was great and they even left beer in the fridge for us Balcony was a great place to sit in the sun Room and common area was clean and well maintained And a plus there was a supermarket next door I would definitely stay here again

Very close to the train station and also the cruise port. The room itself was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

The perfect place to stay if you have a “Rome” cruise. Not only are the accommodations clean and welcoming, having access to the veranda that wraps the building and lounge with complimentary food and beverages makes one truly feel “at home”! Views of the water are spectacular so grab a beer or glass of wine and pick a spot on the veranda to relax. Also, grocery and tons of restaurants in easy walking distance.

After Rome we were ready to relax. This was the perfect place for it. The deck had the most amazing views of the harbour. There is a grocery store downstairs and many restaurants within walking distance

IT was a challenge to find and gain access. It was unlike any other so it wasn’t clear we had to call the property manager. Once in, it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. Lovely lounge and breakfast area. Great views and comfortable

The breakfast was excellent. Easy to go to the port after It's a five-munute walk and the vue to the ocean was excellent.

It was 5 star from start to finish, it didn’t look great from outside and only a small sign on the door, the staff were excellent and even walked us to the train station in the morning to get a taxi to the port

Great value; short 8 minute walk to waterfront where there are nice restaurant options. Deck view (amazing) and breakfast treats were a wonderful surprise! We were able to park our rental car on the street right next to the building at no extra charge.Highly recommend

This was the perfect guesthouse for me to stay at before my cruise. The view of Civitavecchia was impeccable. I highly recommend this place, especially for the price. It is affordable.

Het lukte niet helemaal met inchecken, maar het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en heeft ons zo goed geholpen. Het uitzicht in de gemeenschappelijke kamer is echt prachtig! Neem daar zeker een kijkje! De kamer zelf was mooi, ruim en heel erg schoon. De badkamer was heerlijk ruim en schoon en de straal van de douche was perfect. Al met al echt een aanrader!
