"It was a normal experience in a hotel."

"Clean room, pillows are hard and bulky though hard for the head. Foot steps can hear from the above floor. We stayed at the second floor, midnight till 2am we can hear and wake up to the sounds of heavy foot steps on the third floor seems like they’re partying. lol "

We were exhausted from driving up to volunteer and despite my husband going to check us in and mentioning the dog, and booking with dog, we still had to put everything down and go through process that should have been thought of, had the person been paying any attention to us at all. He did offer that we could go get settled in and come back but we were too exhausted. It was quiet and the location was good for walking. It was clean except in front of elevators where my dg definitely wanted to (but did not) pee where clearly and visibly many others had. "

"The hallway and bathroom needs more lighting on the wall and over head, plus a fan. The thermometer was not working in our room (203). I had the temp between 60-66, the lowest the room temp ever went was 68. The coolest part of the room was below the fan wall. We slept with the top sheet and woke up hot in the middle of the night. The shower door leaked water on the floor. The floor mat was soaked every time. Even when we used towels to block the water from running out. The hot tub was broken and the water was dirty. "
