"Didn’t like that the office is closed part of the day. It was within walking distance to the ward/embarcadero. Room that we had no closet or chest of drawers for clothes. The shower needs to be updated no way to control flow of water. We liked the fact that the property was quiet. We will definitely consider Bluff top in the future if there are upgrades."

"Kobe in front desk was really helpful and any local recommendation he gave us, we loved it. Thank you so much for pleasant stay. We arrived late and the front lobby was closed, but they left us detail instruction on getting our room keys. The room was big and clean. We even had a little corner view of Morrow Bay. Only couple blocks to Embarcadero. They have a complementary Tesla charger in their garage, which we appreciated a lot. We love Morro Bay and we definitely go back to this La Serena...

"We stayed in the newly remodeled family suite and it was perfect for our family. The suite overlooks the harbor, and both the master bedroom and living room have a balcony, which made it great for relaxing and enjoying the view. The staff was very friendly at check in, and the suite had everything we needed. It felt like staying in an Airbnb, but without the checkout chores. "Very good place to stay if visiting the California coast"

"The Bay View is a great location (walking is faster than driving) to the shops and the docks. Morro Rock and the beach are less than a mile away. The seals have a sunning dock 2 blocks from the Inn, you can hear them from the Inn. The staff were very kind and the room was large and clean. Very nice place."

"Breakfast was false advertising…there was none. the bathroom had black mold, the room door wouldn’t shut because of weatherstripping coming off and one of the lights was broken hanging off the wall. The swimming pool had clumps of hair in the bottom. Hidden fees at checkout. Spend the same at a Best Western and get a much nicer stay. Sadly this was a mistake, next we will stay elsewhere"

"No extra towels was given on a 3 night stay even after requesting some before the 2nd night, before I was checked out the male housekeeper came in and threw all our stuff we left in the room away even personal pillows, fresh treats from the bakery bought maybe 2 hours before gone as well as all our drinks from the fridge. Office personnel was helpful and refunded our pet fee but I won't be staying here again."
