"Excelente vista y diría que 7/10 en cuestión del baño, es pequeño.
Mencioné que estaba celebrando el cumpleaños de mi prometida y pasó desapercibido, en este caso si lo repruebo porque hubiese sido lindo ofrecer algún detalle (no necesariamente gratis:), estoy pensando en un futuro probar la Suite, pero me dejó un mal sabor de boca el desinterés en cuanto a mi mención.

"Unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. Our room was not serviced for two of the four days, despite asking for it. In addition, the outdoor pool was closed for the duration of the stay despite being advertised on booking and was one of the reasons the hotel was booked. Breakfast was good but has an awkward system where a credit is allocated and if it’s exceeded it’s charged to your room, could be better. "

"The room was clean and staff was nice. We got in late and they allowed us to check in later because of this. Our bathroom was clean however the shelf to hold our soaps were falling apart so we had our soaps on the floor. The extra showerhead also did not work. We got a balcony room and was disappointed that there was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and the sounds of the city. "Stayed April 8–10, 2026. Very nice hotel in an excellent, highly walkable location. We booked through Expedia and got a slight discount, but pricing is still on the higher end, which fits the area.
We stayed two nights with our two kids in an Executive King Suite with a sofa bed. The room was a great size for a family of four and never felt cramped. Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and quick to help, and brought extra blankets and pillows right away.
