"Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. "The hotel is located in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station, the metro, and public bus stops. From the hotel, many of Rome's attractions are within walking distance, or just a metro or public bus away. We liked the hotel ambiance, good breakfast, clean room, spacious bathroom, and evening music in the backyard patio. This is our second time at this hotel, and I am sure my wife and I will come back."

"The rooms were clean and cool and attractive in an old Italian way. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with helpful staff The elevator was old style, stuffy, tiny and hot! Better to use the stairs unless carrying luggage. Good location, could walk to some of the sightseeing locations if you enjoy strolling through the many little streets. Would recommend this hotel for active folks!"

"Divina Luxury Hotel was a small, elegant hotel with a warm and intimate feel—and the location was fantastic! We were only about a 7-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and wonderful shopping, which made exploring this beautiful part of Rome incredibly convenient. Our room was very nice, and breakfast was served daily from 7:30–10:00 a.m., although we did feel it ended a little early. "If you want convenience to the city center of Rome and want to walk to Trevi fountain in 1 minute with a pizzeria in front of it and Zara and Uniqlo just around the corner this is the hotel for you. This was perfect!! If I’m coming back I will be back here again! Yes you will hear some sounds here and there but overall the positives outweighed the negatives! Get the free breakfast option bec it was ggreat! AC centralized and also the staff were nice!"
