"We had a room with a queen bed and there was a separate room the mat had a king bed. We chose to sleep in the room with the king bed. The bed was terrible. It sunk down in the middle. Also only one lamp which was on the far side of the room no other lights. The bed in the main area was weird because there was only one chair to sit on, so you had to sit in the bed to watch tv. One side table by the far side of the bed but no lamp. Breakfast was ok, had to ask for more yogurt, had to ask for more...

"Was shocked arriving to my room, given the fact the price I paid wasn’t cheap! For a 2 star hotel , not very clean. Everything out dated, some guy knocked on my door in middle of night asking for a smoke… not worth the price "

"Everything was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful and the staff so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here. My bed was so comfortable and the room the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. I was travelling with my Maltipoo Mango and she was welcomed as well. Thank you for such a lovely relaxing spot. Also, my daughter was in an adjoining room and she used the hot tub and said it was wonderful and very clean. Will definately be back again soon."

"After travelling a long day, I arrived at the hotel with a smooth checkin. After getting to my room, I was excited to relax and order room service. However this option was removed. Therefore I called down the restaurant to order take out. No problem. Except, the phone rang and rang. After about 30 mins of trying to get through. I finally placed my take out order. After waiting roughly 30 mins, I walked down and saw absolute chaos in the restaurant. The entire place was packed with people and...

"No elevator access to 2nd floor. Other than that, all was great!"

"Not being a regular traveler i found that was very easy to get to. Once there and settled in there is a KFC and a Whitespot restaurant within a very short walk away. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It was easy enough to navigate back to main highways to continue with our travels."

"Stayed in regular room instead of kitchenette. Room was clean, dated a bit, desk clerk was polite. Window over door let too much light in for sleeping. Brought an extra blanket and used as a bit cool at night, hot showers"

"3 times I booked a kitchenette suite and each time the kitchenette was not equipped the same. Bare minimums. Had to bring my own coffee maker, no can opener in some, no toaster in another, 1 pot in one. Hard to make meals with limited items or didn't know what extras to bring. They should be more consistent with what is in these units. Or at least state what is guaranteed in the rooms."

"Hot water takes 5 minutes to get - ran out of hot water while in the shower. Black Hairs found everywhere in the bathroom. Beds are old and should be replaced as they worn out. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis - poor temperature controls on the heat. My laptop has a bigger screen than the TV in the room. "

"The people who worked there were friendly. The restaurants close are ok. The common areas seemed a little dirty. Hotel is locked between 11pm-5am but was locked after 5am requiring a room card to enter. I’m assuming due to the area. The showers have poor water pressure. Room was clean but dated."
