"The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The bed was not comfortable at all, the AC unit was not working properly, and the shower was extremely small. Overall, the hotel had some positives, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for gratuitously helping us out."

"My husband & I had a great stay at Hotel Massimo. The location can’t be beat, all of the main tourist attractions were within a short walk. Federico was lovely and such a big help with recommendations in the area and even for our next destination. The room was clean and we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning. We will stay again next time we are in Palermo!"

"The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located in the center of the historic Palermo center. You can wake up in the morning and have direct access to Capo Market, and a short walk to Teatro Massimo. We were staying at the Hotel in the Family room and unfortunately the room we were given had lots of stairs. This was an issue for us as our 82 year old Nonna had knee issues. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to provide a different room on a lower level with elevator access....
